Our quality control team guarantee that each item is personally inspected before it is packed and sent out for delivery.

Please note that although we have taken all possible steps to ensure that the product images are representative of the product as best as possible, colours may vary according to settings on your screen and therefore can only be an approximation of the actual product.

But if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.



To be eligible for a return:

1.     You must communicate directly with the customer service office and inform them of the problem within 3 days from the date of receiving the product.

2.     The product is sent to the company for checking within a period not exceeding 14 days from the date of receipt of the order and in the event that this period is exceeded, the company is not designated for return.

3.     Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

4.     Your item must be in the original packaging.

5.     Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.



1.     Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

2.     We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item.

3.     If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange of the item you chose, or the amount will be made as store credit that you can use for another purchase.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

Please note that you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; therefore, payment will be required by customs to release your order.
